In addition to the special deals below, you will also earn travel rewards for each night that you book with us. These travel rewards can be used on future travel that you book with us. The travel rewards will automatically be credited to your account upon completion of your trip and can then be applied to your next vacation.
While Desire Resorts does not guarantee room requests, we try our best to honor them. The more general the request, the better chance we can accommodate it, ie ground floor in Building 22 or 25 or not Building 10. Requests for a specific room number are more difficult, but we will try to accommodate it. Be sure and put your requests in the comments area when booking your reservation.
Reservations can be made with as little as a $200.00 USD deposit. The balance will be due 30 days prior to arrival. If booking less than 30 days prior to arrival, the balance is due in full at the time of booking. Payment plans are available for those who wish to make smaller payments. Please remember that holiday weekends book up 4 to 6 months in advance (ie Valentine's, Memorial, 4th of July and Labor Day). Desire Pearl has a minimum stay of 2 nights. For guests staying over December 31st, there is a minimum stay of 6 nights. If you have questions or wish to set-up a payment plan, just give us a call.
Promotional codes are subject to change or cancellation at any time. Promotions must be booked and deposit paid on or before the "Book before" dates listed above and only for the travel dates listed for that promotion. Promotional codes do have an minimum number of night that must be booked and may not apply to all room categories. Be sure and read the Terms & Conditions for the individual promotion. Once your reservation has been confirmed, your promotional items are "locked in". Changing of dates may affect your promotional items and needs to be considered when making date changes. Any promotions for spa services and/or meals will need to be scheduled with the Guest Services desk upon arrival at the resort or by e-mail prior to arrival.
